Inversions 101

Join Mary on a journey of exploring techniques and methods of safely going upside down. This inversion course is for students and teachers. We will discuss and explore components of handstand, headstand and forearm stand in a way that can support you at any level of your practice.

 

First we will utilize postures that help prepare the body, and then move into specific techniques and alignment principles for each inversion. This workshop gives you the ability to find an inversion that feels safe and enjoyable, while receiving feedback and adjustments.
