Awareness, Understanding and Methodology (5 hours, weekend 2)

  • Yoga for the Gunas

  • Doshic considerations for Yoga

  • Recap of astral body and chakra system

  • Practices of mantras, chakra meditations, mahabhutas

  • Ayurvedic meditation

  • Q&A – essay assignment

 

The Yogic Path towards Liberation

  • Deepening knowledge of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs

  • Integration of Ayurvedic principles with Eight Limbs

  • Karmic and Dharmic implications

  • Yogic Assessment practicum.
