Do you want to enjoy being active today, and to remain active for many years to come? This workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to build healthy movement habits so that you can do your favorite activities with comfort and ease, both now and as you age. Learn about the 4 cornerstones of good mobility (proprioception, stability, strength, and range).
Learn practices to create healthy movement patterns and build good mobility. Learn the nerdy stuff about neuro/movement science to understand why those cornerstones are important and how they work together to give the mobility you need for aging well.
