Self-Care Time: Myofascial Release

Come treat yourself to 3 hours of myofascial release bliss led by Kelly!
Self-myofascial release is a technique used to release sticky and adhered fascia in the body. This practice can help to improve flexibility and range of motion, calm the mind, and develop deeper body awareness. In this workshop, we will use tennis balls (you are welcome to bring your own devices from home if you have them) to roll out the entire body while learning all about the fascial networks of the body.
Everyone will leave with their own set of tennis balls to use at home! This practice will leave your body feeling like a noodle, and your mind calm and at ease.
