Self-Care Time Myofascial Release

Come treat yourself to an afternoon of myofascial release bliss led by Kelly! Self-myofascial release is a technique used to release sticky and adhered fascia in the body. This practice can help to improve flexibility and range of motion, calm the mind, and develop deeper body awareness.
In this workshop, we will use tennis/lacrosse balls (you are welcome to bring your own devices from home if you have them) to roll out the entire body while learning all about the fascial networks. After we roll, melt into infinity with a long, healing svasana, and soundbath.
Everyone will leave with their own set of rolling balls to use at home! This practice will leave your body feeling like a noodle and your mind calm and at ease.
