Yoga Beginners Series

This series is open to beginner and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. It is a great way to start your yoga practice, as it teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. It's beneficial for seasoned practitioners as it explores many of the alignment and anatomical cues that are not often addressed in group yoga classes. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The beginners series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility.
