Yoga for Moms

When caring for others, it is important to take time to care for yourself. This workshop will focus on providing a respite for those who mother. You will be guided to listen to your needs, witness your own strength, and replenish your energy reservoirs. You can expect to move your whole body through a slow flow sequence and reconnect with yourself through grounding breathwork. By accessing the strength of the pelvic floor, you will learn how to contain your energy and reduce fatigue. And most importantly, you will rest and restore with a long, relaxing yoga nidra practice.

All moms welcome! All ages and types of moms (fur baby moms included). If you mother, this workshop is made for you.
