Yoga for Tweens 5-Week Series

In-Person Only • $75
This 5-week series will continue or build a foundational knowledge of common yoga poses, geared toward kids ages 9-12. Along with poses, we will cover breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices to ease stress and promote calm.
This month will focus working with our energy effectively, and ways to rest & restore.
