Yoga for Tweens 5-Week Series

In-Person Only • $75
This 5-week series will continue or build a foundational knowledge of common yoga poses, geared toward kids ages 9-12. Along with poses, we will cover breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices to ease stress and promote calm.
This month will focus on positive mindset and stress management tools for moving into testing season.
Adult Stress Management with Lisa at the same time, but parents are free to drop-off or wait in the lobby.
