Dreaming of the beach this summer? In need of some time to unwind and relax? Come escape with Amelia for an immersive, multi-sensory experience that simulates a beach retreat session from the convenience of Studio Satya.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a themed mindfulness meditation with fresh fruit, restorative flow to the sounds of ocean waves, and close with a soothing, candle-lit yin practice accompanied by optional essential oils. This decadent workshop is designed to leave you feeling just as refreshed, restored, and rejuvenated as if you had emerged from a tropical spa.
