Community Meditation
with Mary Richardson
Last Wednesday Each Month, 7:30-8:30pm
In-Person limited to 10 students • Free

We meet on the first Wednesday of every month to explore a variety of meditation practices and will always close with a discussion. Each session will include 20 - 30 minutes of meditation. The practices may include breath work, mantra, guided imagery, body scan, etc. The discussion portion gives everyone an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and to support each other along the way.
