Satya Book Club

Join a Satya teacher or student for this special community offering. Each session brings together a unique group, offering a chance to connect and share outside of class. Free to attend, either online or in-person.

Community Meditation

Every Thursday evening at 7pm, join Katie for gentle movement, a short talk, guided meditation, and discussion. Special guests will lead on occasion. Online only. Free to All.

Begin each Sunday with a special 30-minute Mantra & Meditation session, led by Divya. At 9:45am she leads the group through informative and rich practices that set the tone for your week ahead. Free to all, online only.
