At Studio Satya, we believe that yoga is meant for every age, every level of experience, every body – it's for everyone! We also believe in the importance of community, and the role it plays in being happy and healthy. Our offerings reflect our commitment to these values, and we aim to create spaces that are accessible for and beneficial for as many beings as possible.

Yoga for Good
Donation-based class held on the first Sunday every month, at 10:30am. All proceeds go to a non-profit of the teacher's choice. Each class is held both online and in-person.
Satya Book Club
Join a Satya teacher or student for this special community offering. Each session brings together a unique group, offering a chance to connect and share outside of class. Free to attend, either online or in-person.

Every Thursday evening at 7pm, join Katie for gentle movement, a short talk, guided meditation, and discussion. Special guests will lead on occasion. Online only. Free to All.
11th Step Yoga
11th Step Yoga is a donation-based offering for those in recovery, or for the recovery-curious. Held on the third Monday of each month, both online and in-person, these classes are an open 12 Step meeting with a Yoga & Bodywork format.
Mantra & Meditation
Begin each Sunday with a special 30-minute Mantra & Meditation session, led by Divya. At 8:15am she leads the group through informative and rich practices that set the tone for your week ahead. Free to all, online or in-person.
