Taylor Fox
Taylor Fox is a yoga teacher and wellness professional passionate about helping students discover ease, joy, and strength within themselves. Her teaching weaves together movement, philosophy, and creative expression to support physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Taylor began practicing yoga in 2015 as a way to relieve post-work stress and quickly found it to be a source of peace and empowerment. Inspired by its transformative impact, she pursued her RYT 200 through the Austin School of Yoga in 2019. She has since expanded her training with certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and pre/postnatal fitness. She brings both expertise and empathy to her classes, offering students a safe space to connect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
Outside of yoga, Taylor is a lifelong musician, poetry lover, and proud mom of two.
