Come flow, breathe and share in community. This 90-minute class is a movement and pranayama practice that strengthens the mind-body connection.

After a slow flow paired with soulful music and a balancing breathwork practice, you'll be invited to reflect on what came up for you by either journaling and/or sharing with the group. The hope is that you'll walk off your mat with renewed energy and clarity through this time connecting with your self and the community.
