Meet Your Teachers
Mary and Gillian have been friends for over 20 years. They began their yoga journey together and traveled to India in their early 20's to study with one of their first teachers. They share a strong devotion to the rich and deep practices of traditional yoga, while continuously seeking training and experiences that allow them to be accessible and knowledgeable as modern day teachers. A consistent fixture in their friendship and teaching style is their shared desire to always be authentic and their love for laughter.
Retreat Itinerary and Info
Attendees should arrive before 6pm on Thursday, the 18th. Dinner will be followed by an opening circle and a short practice.

Closing Circle
Under Canvas, our supreme glamping accommodations, is located an hour from the Flagstaff Airport. It is on the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon. Transportation from your chosen airport to Under Canvas is not included and will need to be individually arranged. If you would like to share a shuttle or other form of transportation, please notify us with your arrival location and time so we can communicate with other attendees and coordinate ride shares where possible.

Shuttles or transportation to/from the airport need to be pre-arranged, average cost appears to be $50 per person.
